If you see this page, you are checking in on what is happening at GCC or looking for a church family to join. We have been active in the Gap, Pennsylvania, area since February 2003, and as I type this, a flood of memories washes over me. It has been an incredible 22 years, with thousands of people touched by the good news of Jesus Christ! We have gone through many seasons as a church family, and now it is time to turn the page and enter a season unlike any we have experienced before.
After much consideration and prayer, our leadership team and I have decided that Gap Community Church will close. We aim to hold our last church gathering on Sunday, May 18th, 2025.
Our small groups will continue, but we will discontinue our Sunday gathering, close our office, and release staffing. We will continue to support Missionaries Colby and Serena Hall through the existing online giving portal. I encourage you to consider supporting them as they share the Gospel of Jesus in the Middle East.
We are incredibly grateful for all the support and love that people have shown us throughout the years. However, we are confident that God is not done with us, so we will trust in Him and continue to engage others to be disciples who make disciples personally! Lastly, I want to encourage you that no matter how you arrived at this homepage, God loves you and is pursuing you! I pray that you will come to know Jesus and that He will become your passion, as He has been ours at GCC.
