Core Values

Devoted worshippers

People who are “devoted” to worshiping God. We recognize that through Jesus we have been given a real-time example of what it means to live for God.

Scriptures: Matt 6:24, Acts 2:42, Romans 12:1-2, Col 4:2,

Loving families

We love sacrificially, seeking a bond stronger than natural families, reflecting Jesus' desire for unity in the Church. By obeying Scripture's "one another" commands, we attract the lost with our love.

Scriptures: John Chapters 14-17, Romans 13:8,

equipped disciple-makers

We believe in disciple-making, not consumerism. Each of us has gifts for building up the body. All disciples should understand and communicate the Gospel. We are baptized, filled with the Spirit, and live in repentance, obedience, and humility.

Scriptures: Mark 16:14-20, Matthew 28:19, John 14:15, 2 Timothy 3:16.

spirit-filled missionaries

We want to be people who are not focused on survival or higher standards of living but are devoted to the mission. For some, this will mean going to foreign countries to share Christ where He has not been heard. For others, this means supporting those who have gone. For everyone, it means sharing the gospel throughout their lives!

Scriptures: Galatians 5:16-26, Romans 12:1-2.

suffering sojourners

We are willing to endure difficulties because we believe that God's Kingdom is here. Instead of seeking comfort, we face challenges for His sake. Our attention is not solely on what is visible, but on the unseen realm. We refuse to merely exist as residents of this world. We live as outsiders, bringing the essence of heaven to earth by living in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Scriptures:  Hebrews 13:14, 1 Peter 2:11-12, John 17:14-16, 1 John 2:15-17.
